 Return Policy 
Your satisfaction is our top priority at CRAFTED BY MO LLC.. If you receive an item that is 
damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To facilitate the return 
process, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the damaged item, along with your order 
number. 
For all custom commissions, please note that these items are non-refundable and non
exchangeable. Due to their personalized nature, all original pieces are considered final sale. We 
appreciate your understanding in this matter.
